RIYADH: Over the past year, 28 of the scientists at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre have been recognised by Stanford University as part of the top 2 percent of the world’s most-cited researchers in a variety of disciplines. KFSHRC’s booth at the Global Health Exhibition, which ended on Wednesday, celebrated the listing. International health leaders and professionals attended the exhibition.
We are proud of this achievement, which reflects the continuous efforts and ambitious vision we uphold at KFSHRC,” stated Dr Majid Al Fayyadh, CEO of KFSHRC. It also demonstrates the larger national dedication to supporting innovation, research, and progress in the medical field. We reiterate our dedication to advancing our work to benefit humanity and raise the bar for healthcare to previously unheard-of heights.
Every year, Stanford University releases a list of 180,000 researchers whose work has received the most citations in international scientific journals. These academics represent the top 2 percent of scholars worldwide in 28 different categories. KFSHRC is exhibiting its most recent medical advancements and solutions at its pavilion at the Global Health Exhibition, such as the Mobile Stroke Unit, which speeds up stroke patient treatment, lessens disability, and lowers death rates.
