How the Taradhi Platform is Transforming the Legal Conciliation Process

Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani has unveiled the second version of the “Taradhi platform, which operates under the Conciliation Center. This initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to elevate conciliation services by aligning with the both local and international best practices.

The revamped platform focuses on boosting the conciliation system’s efficiency, improving service quality, speeding up procedures and making access more user-friendly according to the Saudi Press Agency. It features a range of enhancements that guarantee high standards of quality transparency and reliability within a secure digital environment, aimed at improving overall service delivery and user experience.

Taradhi enables disputing parties and ministry-approved conciliators to conduct sessions either face-to-face or remotely. The platform supports a fully automated workflow in the managing everything from the submission of applications to the issuance of legally binding conciliation agreements.

These agreements can be enforced directly without the need for court proceedings, providing a reliable and efficient alternative for resolving disputes quickly and efficiently.
