A Meeting on the Hajj will be held in Saudi Arabia to Enhance Services for Muslim Pilgrims

RIYADH: Under the sponsorship of King Salman, Saudi Arabia will host the fourth Hajj Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah from January 13–16.

The Pilgrim Experience Program and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will organize a conference that will bring together ministers, ambassadors, scholars, specialists, diplomats, and representatives from both public and private institutions in 87 countries.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the conference intends to improve the standard of services offered to Muslim pilgrims, encourage experience sharing, and encourage competition and openness among businesses engaged in Hajj-related activities in Makkah and Madinah.

In order to address the difficulties of improving Hajj services and look into ways to encourage creative ideas in the pilgrimage industry, it will include more than 100 speakers, 47 panel discussions, and 50 workshops, according to SPA.

In addition to the conference, 280 exhibitors from a variety of industries will participate in a special expo in Jeddah that covers 50,000 square meters and will highlight the newest technology, such artificial intelligence, that can improve the Hajj.
