High school students may improve their programming and AI application skills as well as their computational and algorithmic thinking abilities by participating in IOAI, a worldwide scientific platform. Four medals were earned by Saudi students in the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence, which took place in Beijing from August 2–9.
This year’s competition, which attracted 284 students from 85 countries, promotes young people to use AI technology for sustainable development and human welfare while promoting information sharing and the growth of global academic connections.
As part of an integrated national program to foster talent and innovation and accomplish the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in creating a knowledge-based economy, the Kingdom took part in the Olympiad through the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, Mawhiba, in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Education and KAUST Academy.
With an emphasis on creativity and moral responsibility, IOAI is a worldwide scientific platform for high school students that aims to improve their programming and AI application skills as well as their computational and algorithmic thinking abilities.
