During a tour of Israel’s northern border with Lebanon on Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that his country was ready for aggressive action in the north.

Iran-supported In tandem with the Gaza battle, Hezbollah and Israel have been exchanging gunfire for the past eight months, sparking fears that the highly armed rivals may launch an even larger conflict.
Tens of thousands of people have been forced to escape their homes on both sides of the border as a result of the deadliest hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah since their war in 2006.
