Saudi Arabia underscored its leadership in addressing financial challenges as Minister of Commerce Majed Al-Qasabi inaugurated the Eisar Conference 2025 in Riyadh on Monday. Al-Qasabi said hosting the event reflects the Kingdom’s strong commitment to sustaining economic growth and driving innovative solutions to financial distress.
The two-day conference brings together ministers, senior officials, and international experts specializing in business continuity and financial restructuring. Al-Qasabi noted that Saudi Arabia is advancing rapidly in legislative and procedural reforms, reinforcing its position as a regional center for debt resolution and restructuring frameworks for economic entities.
Organized with broad international participation, the conference features and key organizations such as the World Bank, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and INSOL International. Discussions focus on developing modern legislation, improving corporate restructuring practices, enhancing risk management and preparing effective responses to economic shifts and crises. Through such efforts has Saudi Arabia continues to build a more resilient and diversified financial ecosystem.
