Food Help is Provided by KSrelief in Yemen and Syria

RIYADH: Food aid has been dispersed throughout Syria and Yemen by Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian organization KSrelief.

Recently, KSrelief helped 4,344 people in Sarmada and Idlib, Syria, by distributing 724 food packages and 724 hygiene kits. The distribution is a component of the second stage of a project that is helping people in northern Syria who have been impacted by the earthquake.

809,700 members of displaced households affected by the earthquake will benefit from the project’s distribution of 134,950 food boxes and 134,950 hygiene kits in Idlib, Aleppo, the northern countryside of Raqqa, and the northwest region of Hasakah.Throughout November, KSrelief in Lebanon continued to support the host community and Syrian refugees by offering healthcare services in Arsal. The Saudi organization provided 20,691 services, including laboratory testing, clinic visits, pharmacy services, nursing care, and mental health support, to 10,815 patients.

Last week, KSrelief distributed 450 food packages in Al-Mansoura District of Yemen’s Aden Governorate, reaching 3,150 people.
