In Saudi Arabia, e& Enterprise Opens a Contact and Customer Experience Center

The opening of a new Contact and Customer Experience Center in Riyadh was announced today by e& enterprise.

In line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the new building aims to revolutionize customer experiences and boost the local economy by generating more than 1,500 new jobs across a range of positions.

This occurred at the company’s Sunday ceremony, where Deputy Governor of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission for the Technology Sector, Eng. Raed Al-Fayez, Deputy Minister Assistant of Capabilities Jobs Future, Safa Alrashed, and a group of media representatives were in attendance. Tareq Alangari, CEO of E& Enterprise, welcomed them to the ceremony.

A result of e& enterprise’s dedication to accelerating the Kingdom’s digital transformation is the new center. The facility satisfies the strict cybersecurity regulations set by the Kingdom because it is outfitted with the newest communication technology, NOC control, and high-readiness data centers. It guarantees unmatched client service by upholding the strictest quality, security, and business continuity standards.
