KSrelief Offers Yemen, Jordan, and Iraq Medical Assistance

KSrelief, the Kingdom’s humanitarian organization, is still providing medical care to refugees in Yemen, Jordan, and Iraq.

Throughout the course of the month, 444 Yemenis received assistance from KSrelief’s mobile medical clinics in the Wallan camp of the Hajjah governorate. These clinics provided emergency treatment, disease management, internal medicine, reproductive health, nursing, surgery, and dressing services.

In just one week, KSrelief in Jordan treated 2,301 patients at the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees with essential medical care.

In addition, the Saudi humanitarian organization sent 15 tons of medical supplies to the Iraqi Ministry of Health, enabling it to treat residents as well as internally displaced people and refugees.

In order for the help to be distributed to hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Kurdistan Region, the KSrelief team brought it to Dr. Saman Al-Barzanji, the region’s minister of health.

In collaboration with 448 local, regional, and worldwide partners, KSrelief has carried out 3,041 projects totaling about $7 billion in 102 countries since its founding in May 2015.

The Ministry of Health in Iraq received 15 tonnes of medical goods from the Saudi charity organization to assist it in providing healthcare to its inhabitants, internally displaced people, and refugees.
