Russia’s pavilion at the 27th edition of the Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) will feature 30 companies under the national brand “Made in Russia” specialising in clean and renewable energy, water treatment and purification, recycling, artificial intelligence (AI) applications for human resource management and advanced technologies for sustainable agriculture. Russia’s pavilion is organized by Russian export center (REC).
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority will organise WETEX from 30 September to 2 October 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, under the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the patronage of HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy.

Trade between the UAE and Russia grew by an annual 4.9% to USD 11.5 billion in 2024, and by 76.3% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2025.
“Made in Russia” exposition includes a range of technologies, innovations and solutions in the following areas:
- Advanced energy systems and renewable technology: wind energy solutions, diverse types of renewable energy systems, intelligent power minimisation technologies, smart switchgears, control panels, automation solutions for industrial processes, electrical cables and accessories, precision instruments for testing and calibrating energy meters and instrument transformers, digital substation and smart grid measurement equipment, gas piston and diesel generator technologies, and engineering services for energy infrastructure
- Water treatment and purification:water supply and sanitation systems, membrane-based reverse-osmosis solutions and advanced filtration technologies for water purification
- Smart recycling and waste management:AI-powered reverse vending machines and integrated systems for efficient recycling and waste management
- Sustainable infrastructure and smart industry solutions: controlled environment agriculture technologies, GPS/Glonass-based transport monitoring systems, external wall insulation systems adaptable to various building types, fuel supply solutions for maritime and heavy industries, and AI-powered applications for human resource management
“Made in Russia” national brand highlights the unique qualities of domestic manufacturers’ products—eco-friendliness, reliability, and innovativeness— strengthening the recognition and value of Russian quality standards in the global marketplace.
