Steven Atrak, born in Florida USA, relocated and based out of UAE since 2006. Earning an MBA from London, Steven has been working in Media, Advertising, and Production for over a decade and was part of leading one of the first healthcare communication agencies within the region working with clients including Mayo Clinic, Cedars Sinai, Saudi German Health, Seha and Burjeel.
In 2022, he co-founded a known production house called 1301 Productions, working with brands such as Aston Martin, Louis Vuitton, and Getty Images. Additionally, in 2024, he co-founded his latest business, Media House FirstPoint LLC which primarily focuses on Healthcare and High-Level Corporate Clients.

“We have recently launched our AI-powered lead management system called ‘Indent’ which helps our clients organize and convert lost leads using a user-friend CRM dashboard that integrates with all digital marketing activity through an API. We aim to always look for solutions and integrations that will only enhance our efficiency, cutting delivery times and increasing overall quality.” Steven Atrak shares.

“Spend the first 5 years of your career just working on understanding tech, creativity, and building solid relationships in your city. AI and machine learning will at some point replace many technical and creative human jobs. However, knowing the business, and understanding how to utilize it for value and monetization will not disappear and won’t go away.
So learn the business, fail and fail over and over again – learn from those mistakes and once you feel you know each vertical from managing a team, knowing the technology, have a solid network of people, and personally have become disciplined – go out and open your own business with the right partners. I am extremely grateful for having the right partners that share my passion and see the long term vision.
