Sharing the expansion journey of LH1 Global, Benjamin Hunter mentions, “Since launching in 2017 as LH1 London, we’ve evolved from a UK-focused off-plan consultancy into a global powerhouse in ‘off-plan’ and ‘off-market’ developments.”

What started with select UK city-centre projects has grown into a portfolio spanning the country’s key growth locations, supported by the company’s Dubai office as an international hub, established in 2022. By building the largest network of Investment Agents, IFAs, and Family Offices across more than 50 countries, the company gives developers access to capital and investors they simply couldn’t reach alone.

Benjamin’s pipeline for this year is projected to exceed 1,000 units. Over the years, they have achieved record-breaking sales speeds, with multiple developments selling out entirely pre-build. Guidance for Aspiring Professionals

Addressing beginners Benjamin offers advice to help them navigate through the key challenges faced while establishing in this industry. Benjamin Hunter says, “When I first established myself in the property industry, the biggest challenges were building trust, creating the right partnerships, and differentiating in an already competitive market. 

My advice to anyone starting out would be to focus on relationships. This industry is built on credibility and long-term trust, not quick wins. Deliver on your promises consistently, and people will come back for more. 

Secondly, it is important to embrace adaptability as markets shift, regulations evolve, and client expectations change. Finally, specialise rather than generalise. Early on, LH1 Global carved its niche in the market. That focus allowed us to stand out and to scale on an international level. Challenges are inevitable, but if you approach them with resilience and a clear vision, they become the foundations of your success.”
