Samsung aimed to make the Fold more comfortable for those who are accustomed to large displays with the Galaxy Z Fold8 series. The new foldables’ allure starts with the most apparent aspect of the experience: the fold, according to Omar Saheb, VP Marketing and E-commerce for Samsung Electronics Mena, who spoke at the London Galaxy unveiling alongside Samsung’s latest offerings. To his credit, even Saheb concedes that the news of the new form factor did not immediately sway him.
He admitted he had doubts about the new form factor when he first heard about it. “I still had my reservations, even though I’ve owned a Samsung Fold for the better part of five years and worked for Samsung.”
His perspective shifted when he utilised the tool. Saheb claims that the distinction extends beyond seemingly simple use scenarios like multitasking or watching videos. It manifests itself in subtle, ordinary ways. Even perusing your gallery feels fresh,” he remarked. “Social media is only one aspect of it. You get that “wow” feeling when you view your gallery photos on this new form factor. Something fresh and novel has happened.
