Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman welcomed Chinese Vice President Han Zheng and several other world leaders in Riyadh on Wednesday during the ninth Future Investment Initiative Conference.
At a meeting held at Al-Yamamah Palace, the Crown Prince and Han Zheng reviewed the strong bilateral ties between Saudi Arabia and China, explored cooperation opportunities, and discussed regional and international developments with mutual interests.
The Crown Prince also met with the Syrian president to discuss enhancing cooperation across various fields. Similarly, discussions with the Cuban prime minister and the presidents of Colombia and Equatorial Guinea focused on strengthening bilateral relations.
Ministerial officials attending the meetings included Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Minister of State and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, Minister of Commerce Majed Al-Qasabi, Governor of the Public Investment Fund Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Advisor at the Royal Court Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri, and Minister of Transport and Logistics Saleh Al-Jasser.
