During his official visit to Singapore, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Education, Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, met with his Singaporean counterpart Desmond Lee Ti-Seng, to explore ways to for deepen educational collaboration between the two nations.
The conversations focused on creating academic collaborations between and universities in Saudi Arabia and Singapore, as well as designing curricula that meet the demands of a contemporary knowledge economy.
They also doing discussed the establishment of joint research in centers dedicated to advanced areas such as artificial intelligence, clean energy, and cybersecurity, while encouraging of joint scholarship applications for researchers from both nations. Furthermore, the ministers explored how to utilize the Singapore’s esteemed knowledge in teacher training and professional development via continuous education for initiatives and mutual visits.
