Saudi FM Represents Crown Prince at Gaza Peace Summit

Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt Representing Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan attended the Gaza Peace Summit on Monday in the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh.

The high-level summit, co-chaired by United States President Donald Trump and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi, brought together more than 20 world leaders, along with representatives from several countries and international organizations.

The gathering marked a historic moment as leaders signed and the Gaza Peace Deal an agreement aimed at ending the war in the Gaza Strip and promoting lasting peace and stability in the Middle East.

At the opening session participants welcomed and the consensus reached between the conflicting parties praising the mediation efforts led by President Trump and key regional partners including Qatar Egypt and Turkey. Leaders pledged their full commitment to supporting initiatives that strengthen peace efforts in the region.

By the close of the summit, the United States, Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey formalized an agreement to bring an end to the Gaza conflict. The deal outlines steps toward a full ceasefire, ensures the continuous delivery of humanitarian aid facilitates prisoner and hostage exchanges and lays the groundwork for reconstruction in Gaza.
