Why Bahrain Is Collecting Loyalty and Support Documents After Iranian Attacks

The Bahrain Ministry of Information has declared that it will gather and store loyalty and support papers from organizations, institutions, entities, and community groups throughout the nation. The Bahrain News Agency claims that the documents “reflect expressions of loyalty and support to the Kingdom of Bahrain and the leadership of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, including support for the efforts of the government led by Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

In addition to highlighting national heritage and “the deep-rooted relationship between the leadership and the people throughout the Kingdom’s history,” the program seeks to preserve these documents as a symbol of allegiance.

Future generations will be able to access the documentation, which will also describe Bahrain’s stand throughout the Iranian attacks. From June 1 to June 10, every day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., the ministry will pick up these documents at the front gate of its office, according to the statement. In compliance with accepted professional norms, all submitted materials will go through documentation and preservation processes.
