According to its website, the ACEA program helps airports improve customer experience management by guiding them through a thorough assessment and training process that emphasizes staff development, stakeholder and employee engagement, and both.
Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Airport, Rafha Airport, and Prince Abdul Mohsen bin Abdulaziz International Airport are among the other airports to have obtained this certification. Additionally, they consist of Wadi Al-Dawasir Airport, Turaif Airport, Taif International Airport, and Sharurah Airport. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the success of these airbases is a result of the company’s and the General Authority of Civil Aviation’s strong support and constant oversight.
