Early Hajj 1447 Preparations are Announced by Al-Rabiah; The 1446 Hajj Season's Success is Praised

MAKKAH — The annual Hajj ending ceremony was conducted on Sunday at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s headquarters in Makkah, in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program. Along with celebrating the efforts of various pilgrim affairs agencies and nonprofit organisations for their exceptional services during the current Hajj season, the ceremony honoured the recipients of the Labaytum Award for Excellence in Services to Pilgrims.

In anticipation of the 1447 AH Hajj season, Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah declared the formal transfer of the preliminary arrangements document to pilgrim affairs agencies. By facilitating early contracts, site allocation, and service integration, this early stage seeks to improve pilgrims’ experience and increase preparedness.

Speaking at the event, the minister emphasised that the success of this year’s Hajj season was due to Allah’s blessing, King Salman’s support and direction as the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman’s ongoing direct supervision. He pointed out that a successful and smooth Hajj season was made possible by the coordination of efforts between government organisations, businesses, and pilgrim affairs departments.
