In Yemen, KSrelief's Paediatric oncology and Haematology Program is Still Ongoing

RIYADH The Saudi Press Agency said on Wednesday that paediatric haematology and oncology services are still being offered in the Mukalla area of Hadhramaut, Yemen, by the Kingdom’s aid organisation KSrelief.

Five specialists oversee the program, which got underway on September 14 and runs through September 21. 21 children with cancerous tumours have already been examined by them.The initiative is a component of KSrelief’s global volunteer network that provides specialised medical care to those in need.

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) started a Saudi volunteer program for paediatric oncology and haematology on Sunday in Mukalla, Hadhramaut, Yemen. Five volunteers with a variety of medical specialities oversee the program, which runs from September 14 to September 21.
The medical team, connected to KSrelief, has evaluated twenty-one kids with malignant tumours thus far.

The program is one of many volunteer medical initiatives run by KSrelief that aim to give patients in underdeveloped nations worldwide access to specialised care.
