As a seasoned Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) professional, Bader Al-Hadhrami brings expertise and leadership to NESR as QHSE Manager. Holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, he possesses a deep understanding of ISO and API Standards, training, and risk management.

Currently serving as President of the American Society of Safety Professionals – Kuwait Chapter, Bader is committed to promoting safety excellence and advancing the HSE profession across the GCC region. His accomplishments and dedication earn him recognition as a leading figure in the industry.

Bader’s journey in the health and safety field began with a deep passion for creating safer workplaces and communities. After completing his education in Environmental Science, Bader pursued various certifications in safety and quality management, which laid a strong foundation for his career.

My commitment to continuous learning and my proactive approach to safety management opened doors to leadership roles, where I could influence broader organizational changes. 

Joining the ASSP-Kuwait Chapter was a turning point for me, enabling contributions to regional safety excellence. As president, I’ve focused on fostering a safety culture, driving innovation, and elevating GCC health and safety standards. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and I’m honored to lead an organization making a tangible difference in many lives.”

The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Kuwait Chapter is a leading non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing the safety profession in Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
