He adds, “I have subsequently advanced through various positions, including Team Leader, Field Operations Manager, and ultimately, Operations Director for NCR Kuwait.

I achieved remarkable success, driving exceptional results amidst COVID-19 challenges. I was awarded for improving service quality, enhancing response rates from 74.5% to 99.1% and first visit success from 86.4% to 95%, while reducing revisits from 8.0% to 4.1%. 

Moreover, I developed strategic plans, expanded market share by 25%, boosted revenue by $15M annually, and saved $2M through efficient financial and operational oversight. I led cross-functional teams to achieve a 98% on-time project delivery rate, increasing partner engagement and retention by 20%. Additionally, territorial analysis boosted market share by 30% and client retention by 40%, maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction rate and growing service revenue by 35% through contract expansions.”
