Over the last two decades, he has built his career across Human Resources and Administration, working closely with leadership teams, employees, and operational departments to create systems that support both people and business growth.
His path has involved managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, policies and procedures, performance management, administration, compliance, and organizational development. Samer mentions, “Each stage of my career has strengthened my belief that HR is not only about managing people, but also about building the right culture, improving efficiency, and aligning talent with the long-term vision of the organization.”

For me, balance is not about having a perfect schedule every day. It is about creating consistency, staying grounded, and making time for family, health, reflection, and personal growth.”
