Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Executive Affairs Abdulhadi Al-Mansouri has announced the launch of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ new smart application and the unified digital portal for MOFA Saudi embassies abroad, accessible through SaudiEmbassy.sa. Representing Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Al-Mansouri introduced the initiatives during the Digital Government Forum held in Riyadh on Wednesday.
He explained that the unified portal brings together the electronic platforms of all Saudi embassies under a single digital framework. The redesigned interface features a modern visual identity and improved user experience.
Al-Mansouri noted that the new portal is one of more than 500 government and semi-government websites developed as part of Saudi Arabia’s broader digital integration strategy. It was built according to government platform principles and coding standards to ensure quality, transparency, and seamless access to information and services.
He added that the ministry’s new smart application supports the Kingdom’s digital transformation goals and delivers high-quality consular and diplomatic services. In its first phase, the app serves as a digital companion for Saudi citizens abroad, offering essential services such as document issuance reporting assistance requests and appointment booking. More features will be introduced in later updates.
