RIYADH: The Saudi-Kosovo Parliamentary Friendship Committee, chaired by Khalid Al-Bawardi and a member of the Saudi Shoura Council, met with Kosovo’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kreshnik Ahmeti, and other officials in Pristina.
The Shoura Council and the Kosovo Parliament held discussions on Saturday to strengthen bilateral relations and parliamentary cooperation, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Albania, as well as its non-resident ambassadors to Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
In addition, the committee met with Podujeva Mayor Shpejtim Bulliqi to discuss cooperation in municipal affairs. The mayor applauded Saudi Arabia’s environmental conservation efforts.

The Shoura Council delegation also met with local businesses to review Kosovo’s future projects and explore opportunities for economic cooperation.
