The Saudi aid agency King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has delivered vocational toolkits to 90 individuals in Yemen’s Marib Governorate as part of a project designed to improve livelihoods. This initiative equips in beneficiaries with the practical skills in various fields such as food processing, livestock care, incense and perfume making, photography, background design gift wrapping, sewing, and embroidery.
These vocational trainings enable participants to launch and manage their its own businesses, fostering self-reliance and economic stability. With an ambition to empower 1,500 individuals across several Yemeni governorates of the project is a significant step toward to promoting entrepreneurship and job creation in conflict-affected areas.
This effort is part of KSrelief’s broader humanitarian in strategy to enhance living conditions and generate sustainable the income opportunities for all segments of the Yemeni population. The initiative underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting of vulnerable communities and fostering economic resilience through skill development and empowerment programs.
