MAKKAH: Following the smooth conclusion of the season, Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif has sent congratulations and greetings from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to those working on Hajj security arrangements. Members of the Presidency of State Security, the Ministry of Interior, and auxiliary military organisations from the General Intelligence Presidency, the Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of National Guard are included in this.
Senior officials, security sector commanders, Hajj security forces, and auxiliary military and security agencies met at the ministry’s Makkah headquarters to hear the minister’s speech. Prince Abdulaziz said that the authorised preparations for this year’s Hajj were carried out effectively in accordance with the leadership’s instructions, which included providing the required resources and ensuring cooperation between government and security agencies.
As the head of the Hajj Supreme Committee, Prince Abdulaziz commended the military and security forces for their cooperation, honesty, and commitment this year. He underlined that their actions honoured the honour of serving pilgrims and demonstrated a great sense of religious and national duty.
