MAKKAH: According to a Sunday Saudi Press Agency article, the Grand Mosque in Makkah’s Women’s Affairs Agency has stepped up its Ramadan efforts. Throughout the holy month, the organization enhances the spiritual ambiance by providing female guests with a comprehensive spectrum of religious instruction and educational programs.
To offer religious instruction, help with ablution, correct prayer techniques, and maintain orderly row alignment, committed staff have been stationed throughout the women’s prayer areas. According to the SPA, they also inform tourists about the benefits of Ramadan and exhort believers to take full advantage of the holy month.
The organization conducts awareness campaigns specifically for female worshippers, distributes religious pamphlets, and gathers visitor feedback. According to an earlier estimate by the agency, 469,750 female visitors in January benefited from services that included scholarly classes, Qur’anic study, religious guidance, and answers to questions.
There are 24 initiatives and six major tracks in the integrated Ramadan operating plan. While maintaining the sanctity of the location and its customs, it seeks to improve the experiences of female worshippers, increase behavioural and Shariah knowledge, empower women, and raise the standard of religious services.
