Apple Opens a Saudi Arabian Online Shop with Local Delivery and Arabic Assistance

RIYADH: In Saudi Arabia, the US tech giant Apple has opened its online shop and Apple shop app, providing next-day delivery and, for the first time, direct support for Arabic. According to Karen Rasmussen, Apple’s head of Online Retail, “this launch will make the 40th country and territory around the world with an Apple Store online.” It will be our first online Apple Store that is entirely in Arabic,” she continued.

Since its 1997 start, Apple’s online shop has grown to operate in more than 40 nations and territories. Starting July 22, customers in Saudi Arabia may shop for Apple items online through the website or the app, with the promise of speedier delivery, new customization choices, and local-language assistance.

The Apple official highlighted that most purchases will be fulfilled the next day. To provide the quickest possible service to all of our clients, we constructed a distribution centre in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Free engraving is now offered in Arabic and English, enabling users to add text, emoji, and numbers to items like AirTags, Apple Pencils, and AirPods. The business has partnered with Tamara, a buy-now-pay-later platform based in Saudi Arabia, to offer clients the option to pay in four monthly instalments with no interest.
