LONDON: On Thursday, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan paid King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa a visit at his Abu Dhabi home to talk about the two nations’ relationship. According to the Emirates News Agency, the two leaders discussed ways to enhance their relationship in order to promote shared goals and ambitions for further advancement, growth, and prosperity.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, deputy chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, and Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, deputy chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Martyrs’ Families Affairs, were among the UAE officials who attended the meeting.
Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the first deputy chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and president of the General Sports Authority of Bahrain, and Lt. Gen. Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the national security adviser, Royal Guard commander and secretary general of the Supreme Defence Council of Bahrain, were on the Bahraini side.
