RIYADH: Saudi Arabia offered a glimpse into the direction of family entertainment. The Saudi Entertainment and Amusement expo exposed the major industry disruptors and demonstrated how technology will influence advancements in the swiftly expanding market.
Daniel Hudson, global head of commercial and business development at Embed, told Arab News as the expo came to an end on Thursday: “The amusement and FEC (family entertainment centers) industries in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East are experiencing great growth at the moment. Due to the extreme dynamics of the Saudi market, giga-projects and standalone entertainment offerings are beginning to emerge, with the FECs serving as the main source of entertainment.
“We have the first-mover advantage as one of the earliest cashless system providers in the Kingdom, with our long-term client over 10 years old,” he said, referring to Embed’s work and clients in Saudi Arabia. Along with its regional partners, he claimed that Embed’s dedication to Saudi Vision 2030 demonstrates the caliber of its presence in the Kingdom.
Sala Entertainment is among our many prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia; more than 40 of their locations use the Embed system, he said.
