She is the founder and CEO of Bunny Destinations, a Wedding & Travel Agency, and the co-creator and CEO of Marriage Market, the revolutionary Global DestinationWedding Platform. Early Life And Career Background
Dominika’s career experience has always revolved around service and hospitality. She started her hospitality career in one of the biggest hotels in London which had more than 1000 rooms. She progressed through six different positions, always being recognised and promoted by her superiors. Dominika Bull adds, “Being inspired by hospitality I moved to Malta in Hilton Malta, and later to the Maldives, where I was the front office manger and incharge of weddings. But after some time and missing home, I returned to Poland and worked for an airline. Later, I got a job offer in Hvar, Croatia, and following this I moved to Spain for the best winter season.”
Eventually, after this break, Dominika Bull decided to apply for her dream job as an Island Manager at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi, and she was specially selected out of 1300 applicants. She further adds, “Time here would open a lot of doors in my career, and I would look after celebrities, royals, and billionaires.” Within a year of her joining, Dominika and her fiancé planned their dream wedding in Greece, although with thorough research and many hours of challenging planning, they managed to have a memorable wedding that left their guests in awe.
This event inspired Dominika Bull to improve the way couples can plan their dream destination wedding, so she founded Marriage Market – a one-stop-shop for weddings. “My fiancé and I wanted to make things even simpler. We thus created a Global Destination Wedding Platform called Marriage Market. We wanted the platform to serve both the suppliers and the couples. In that regard, we leveraged my experience in the industry to make destination wedding planning efficient and enjoyable for all parties involved through these ventures.” She shares.
Presence Of Dominika’s Companies
Dominika shares with us that her companies are a worldwide platform and a wedding planning agency. She adds, “My companies are registered in the UK and Dubai – UAE. And, I am currently located in Doha, Qatar.”

After their wedding Dominika Bull and her husband were still wondering why getting married must be so difficult in the 21st century, where everything has evolved through technology, but not the wedding industry. She shares, “We don’t need to send mail via post anymore as we have emails now, and we don’t have to make telephone calls as we can have free video calls and see our loved ones. There are social media platforms where you can share your tripsand happy moments instead of taking photographs for a photo album.”
“We found a big problem in the wedding industry and decided to fix it. According to the 2023 Destination Wedding Global Market Report, the global destination wedding market grew from $21 billion in 2022 to $28 billion in 2023 — and it’s expected to grow to $78 billion in 2027.” Dominika Bull further mentions.
Eventually, they created a Global Destination Wedding Platform called “Marriage Market” where wedding couples can research their favourite destinations and get married there seamlessly. Sharing about her company’s unique services, Dominika Bull says, “The platform has 24 categories and you can compare everything in this shopping mall for weddings. Every wedding couple can research the suppliers required for their perfect wedding. The couple will create their wedding budget, a countdown to the wedding day, guest lists, and will be able to use the sites many tools and tips for their wedding planning. To avoid the high costs of international calls, Marriage Market comes equipped with a free internal messaging system for couples and suppliers to connect easily. The platform is at present ready for suppliers to sign up their businesses in anticipation for the grand opening of the site in early 2025 for wedding couples.”
