RIYADH: At the Public Prosecution’s headquarters in Riyadh, Indian counterpart R. Venkataramani and his delegation were welcomed by Saudi Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Mujib. According to a Tuesday Saudi Press Agency story, al-Mujib emphasised the significance of strengthening collaboration to guarantee improved judicial outcomes in both nations. Venkataramani went to a presentation about the use of technology in the legal system and prosecutorial criminal proceedings.
According to the SPA, this visit is a reflection of the two nations’ expanding relationship, which has advanced significantly in a number of areas. Al-Mujib met with Justice Minister Adnan Al-Fangari and Egypt’s Prosecutor General Mohamed Shawky in Cairo earlier this month. Al-Mujib underlined the value of sharing knowledge and enhancing collaboration in judicial governance and training. In order to improve the effectiveness of the legal system and safeguard its independence, he further emphasised the substantial backing that Saudi Arabia’s leadership provides to the Public Prosecution.
