RIYADH: Hassan Zarnegar, the Iranian consul in Jeddah, commended the arrangements and amenities offered to Iranian pilgrims departing through the Northern Borders region’s Arar airport and Jadidat Arar border crossing.
According to the Saudi Press Agency on Monday, he claimed that the seamless processes show how the Kingdom and its leadership take care of pilgrims and show consideration for those from all nations. Effective pilgrim management is demonstrated by the expedited processes from disembarkation and quick passport processing to well-organised bus transfers,” Zarnegar continued.
He remarked that the facilities offered to Iranian pilgrims demonstrate the Kingdom’s unwavering regard for all peoples. He continued by saying that the attention given to Iranian pilgrims reflects the brotherly spirit that underpins Saudi-Iranian relations, which are based on religious and neighbourly connections.
Zarnegar thanked the Saudi leadership on behalf of himself and the Iranian ambassador for their assistance and care, which was given as part of a comprehensive system. Meanwhile, Maj. Gen. Shaya Al-Wadaani, Director General of the Border Guards, saw services assisting pilgrims in departing after the Hajj and examined the work of staff at the Jadidat Arar border crossing.
To guarantee appropriate services and assistance, Al-Wadaani examined the protocols enabling the departure of Iranian pilgrims in accordance with instructions from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
