The energy minister praised the unique relationship between the two countries in the presence of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, stressing the leadership’s steadfast dedication to strengthening and growing cooperation in all areas, particularly energy. The collaboration’s goal is to benefit both nations and their citizens. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the president of Uzbekistan, was present at the Third Tashkent International Investment Forum, where he took part in the main panel discussion.
Prince Abdulaziz emphasized that Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia have unique relations and that their leaders are eager to foster cooperation in all areas, particularly in the energy sector, for the benefit of their respective nations and populations. He emphasized that the two nations’ economic cooperation serves as an example that should be emulated, particularly in light of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, and President Mirziyoyev met in Riyadh in 2022, and Prince Abdulaziz emphasized that this meeting marked a major turning point in the two countries relations.
