RIYADH: The Saudi Press Agency said that on Thursday, King Salman of Saudi Arabia and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman expressed their sympathies to the ruler of the United Arab Emirates at the passing of a significant figure and a royal family member.
King Salman extended “our deepest and sincere condolences” in a telegram to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the United Arab Emirates, over the passing on May 1, 2024, of Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi’s ruler representative in Al Ain. According to the SPA, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sent the UAE president “my warmest and most sincere condolences” in a separate telegram.
In response to the passing of Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Saudi government expressed its sympathies to Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to the Saudi Press Agency.”
The Saudi Minister of State, Cabinet Member, and advisor to King Salman, Prince Dr. Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, delivered the message to Sheikh Mohamed in Abu Dhabi on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
