World leaders will participate in industry-shaping talks at the Saudi Real Estate Future Forum in 2025

RIYADH: As Saudi Arabia moves towards a more diverse and innovative economy, the Real Estate Future Forum is expected to act as a global gathering place for investors, legislators, and business executives. Over 300 speakers from 85 countries will conduct talks on the future of real estate during the event, which will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh from January 27 to 29.

RFF 2025, with the subject “Future for Humanity: Shaping Dreams into Reality,” will concentrate on investment strategies, environmental initiatives, and technologies that are transforming the global real estate sector. Through the integration of innovation, sustainability, and economic growth, the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 reforms have established the nation as a pioneer in real estate development.

The economic impact and long-term sustainability of significant projects, such as NEOM, The Red Sea Project, and Diriyah Gate, will be thoroughly examined for forum attendees. The talks will shed light on how these projects are impacting the larger real estate market.

This year’s forum will focus on how important stakeholders can use digital transformation, sustainable building practices, and calculated investments to create economically, ecologically, and socially inclusive cities. Boston Consulting Group managing director and partner Benjamin Deschietere emphasised the importance of sustainability in real estate development.
