Palestine Receives the second Installment of Saudi Arabia's Monthly Cash Assistance

At the embassy headquarters in Amman on Monday, Saudi ambassador to Jordan, non-resident ambassador to Palestine, and consul general in Jerusalem Naif Al-Sudairi gave Palestine’s Finance Minister Omar Bitar the second installment of the monthly financial support. Saudi Arabia is providing the Palestinian brothers with this financial assistance in order to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.

In addition to its unwavering support for the Palestinian people’s cause and rights, Al-Sudairy stated, “The Kingdom has always mobilised all its capabilities to support the Palestinian cause in political, economic, social, and other fields.”

Notably, on September 29, Naif Al-Sudairi met with Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa at the embassy headquarters in Amman to give the first tranche of the monthly financial aid.

The $5.3 billion that the Kingdom has contributed to Palestine over the years in the form of development, humanitarian, and disaster aid is being continued with this latest commitment.The Saudi consul general in Jerusalem, ambassador to Jordan, and non-resident ambassador to Palestine, Naif Al-Sudairi, gives Palestine’s finance minister, Omar Bitar, the monthly financial assistance.
