NHC and Azad Properties Collaborate to Build Souq7 Riyadh

RIYADH: In keeping with the objectives of Vision 2030, a public-private collaboration has been established between the NHC and Saudi Arabia’s Azad Properties to build the Souq7 Riyadh project. Ayman Al-Burti, CEO of Azad Properties, stressed the importance of partnerships as a fundamental component of his company’s expansion strategy in an interview with Arab News conducted on the fringes of the 2025 RLC Global Forum.

The deal coincides with Saudi Arabia’s efforts to support the private sector and cultivate long-term development alliances. It also highlights the Kingdom’s quick real estate growth, which is fuelled by significant infrastructural investments and creative, environmentally responsible urban developments.

“We have an MOU with the NHC to develop Souq7 Riyadh, which is one of our most exciting recent collaborations,” Al-Burti stated. The 700,000 square meter project, he continued, will create a vibrant business centre in the Al-Khuzam district, demonstrating the company’s commitment to developing areas that stimulate economic development.

The success of Souq7 Jeddah, a project that revolutionised traditional retail by fusing innovation and community involvement, is being built upon by this endeavour. We hope to duplicate this success in Riyadh with the NHC, providing fresh chances for regional companies as well as international names,” Al-Burti stated.
