Sharing his perspective on the traits that define a successful leader in his industry, Ramadoss Rammohan explains, “Firstly, the leader or person heading the division should have sound knowledge and skills to understand the role of every person working there. This happens only when the person has done all those jobs hands-on at some point in his career.
Secondly, he has to be down-to-earth, exhibit humility, and show empathy towards his colleagues despite running the operations with an iron hand. People skills matter a lot here, and arrogance has no place in the kitchen. Also, he has to be good with numbers so that he has a firm grip on the profitability of operations.”

Ramadoss Rammohan believes that technology has made every part of their process foolproof. He shares an instance where they upload recipes in the digital weighing scales and any variation made by the staff is automatically notified in the handles, making the entire process much easier for them to standardize.
