A Pilgrim in Madinah is Saved by Prompt Medical Attention

Madinah: Medical staff at King Salman bin Abdulaziz Medical City in Madinah were able to save the life of an Iraqi pilgrim who was experiencing a brain haemorrhage thanks to a prompt reaction from Saudi Arabia’s urgent care system.

The Saudi Press Agency said on Saturday that clinical evaluation and interventional radiology had shown a burst artery that needed to be treated right away, according to the Madinah Health Cluster.

Following patient stabilisation, coiling technology was used for a focused treatment. The SPA also stated that the interventional neuroradiology team prevented additional difficulties by sealing the tear. Before going back home, the pilgrim started therapy after regaining full awareness with “no neurological deficits,” according to the Madinah Health Cluster.
