Dr. Amir Abdullatif’s career has been defined by several pivotal milestones as he assumed his first major leadership role as a project manager at the age of 28; and by 35, he climbed up to the executive suite, gaining greater exposure to strategic planning. “Among my most notable achievements were renovating Al Andalus Glass Company into one of the top three glass processing companies in Saudi Arabia, establishing TECFIRE KSA from scratch in 2019, and restructuring TECFIRE MEA in 2023, which significantly enhanced the company’s growth trajectory,” he reflects.

Assigned by Al Andalus Holding, Dr. Amir Abdullatif’s association with TECFIRE began with the establishment of TECFIRE KSA as a franchise built from the ground up. Leading the company through operational setup, market positioning, and business development, he culminated in a successful acquisition. He adds, “Subsequently, I spearheaded the restructuring of TECFIRE MEA, optimizing organizational structure, operational efficiency, and regional strategy.”
