The HRSE KSA Awards 2024 have named the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) the winner of the “Best Executive & Leadership Program” category.
The Human Resources Summit and Expo Saudi 2024 present the award, which honors notable organizations and people in human resources. Out of more than 130 local, Gulf, and Arab nominees, EXPRO was selected.
This award is a testament to the authority’s creative framework for managing national leadership competencies, according to Reem bint Abdulrahman Al-Rahili, VP of Human Capital and Academy at EXPRO. This framework improves professional capabilities and advances the authority’s strategic goals.
This honor supports the EXPRO Academy’s Leadership Development Program and aligns with our plan to create a high-performing organization,” Al-Rahili added. The initiative is a component of Vision 2030’s Human Capacity Development Program, which aims to develop talent, create an appealing work environment, and empower leaders.
The HRSE KSA Awards highlight Saudi Arabia’s top HR practices and their importance to the country’s competitiveness both domestically and globally. The awards span ten categories, and winners are selected based on various factors, such as strategic alignment and innovation, by a jury comprised of more than fifteen experts in human resources.
