During the Minister's Visit, Saudi Arabia will Negotiate Real Estate Deals with the US

A top Saudi official is scheduled to visit the United States for five days, during which time he will sign many real estate agreements with the United States.

On August 18, Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail started his tour, attending high-level meetings with representatives of the government and business community, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The goal of the visit is to draw top US businesses to the Saudi Arabian market, specifically in the areas of supply chains, banking, and real estate development, as well as contemporary building technologies and urban infrastructure.

This is happening as part of Saudi Arabia’s national housing strategy, which intends to increase access to decent, affordable housing by 70% by 2030.

“We opened a Sakani exhibit at the Saudi Cultural Mission in Virginia, establishing a new point of contact for our citizens in the US to access the housing and financing options provided by the Sakani Program,” Al-Hogail wrote in a post on his X account.

He continued by saying that this program demonstrates their steadfast dedication to upholding the hopes of the next generation and giving them the tools they need to plan their futures with assurance and serenity.
