The Beginning
Dhaneesh NP, hailing from Kerala, a small state in India, is an MBA graduate and started his career as a finance professional back in India. Later, he moved to the UAE and started working with well-reputed universities and business schools as part of one of the leading educational institutes in the UAE.
With over 15 years of professional experience in the Educational sector, Dhaneesh NP aims to give access to all common people to a world-class and affordable education with flexible timings along with their regular jobs. After a decade of working in the educational sector, in 2021 Dhaneesh NP started his entrepreneurial journey with Global Career Pathway (GCP). The organization is now a prominent name in the Gulf Region with over 3500 happy Graduates in 4 years. GCP is moving into the 5th year with a great vision of giving accessibility of world-class education to all common people affordably and flexibly.
Along with his visionary leadership, his co-founders Ms. Amitha Philip, and Mr. Kiran Sam Panicker are always keen to support and deliver impactful roles in the growth of GCP at any given point in time. Dhaneesh shares, “Started with only one employee and when we are entering into the fifth year including the adjunct faculty members GCP is standing strong with a family of over 35 team members. All the faculty members hold their PhD and have a minimum teaching experience of 10 years and above, GCP is very keen on delivering quality education. GCP has an exclusive partnership with Royale Business College, UK to deliver and provide academic support to all the students in the Gulf region and Dhaneesh NP is officially appointed as the Royale Business College program coordinator in the Gulf region.
In partnership with Royale Business College, GCP is offering work-based MBA and Professional Doctorate programs (DBA). “The acceptance for these courses is immense and over 65 nationalities students are already studying with us for our Royale Business college programs.
