Saudi Cabinet Welcomes Trump’s Peace Efforts in Gaza and Sudan

RIYADH: On Tuesday, the Saudi Cabinet praised US President Donald Trump’s efforts to put an end to the crises in Sudan and Gaza. During the session’s beginning, headed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, ministers emphasized the significance of the agreements reached with the United States last week in military, artificial intelligence, civil nuclear energy, vital minerals, education, and finance.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the crown prince’s state visit to the United States was intended to strengthen strategic ties with Washington and advance a shared vision for a stable and secure Middle East. The Cabinet emphasized the Kingdom’s readiness to capitalize on possibilities in the United States, citing the $270 billion in investments announced during the Saudi-US Investment Forum.

Partnerships aimed at helping to establish a diverse and sustainable Saudi economy, as well as generating opportunities for enterprises in a variety of industries including as energy, technology, education, defense, and security. The Cabinet acknowledged Trump’s efforts to stop the war in Gaza, emphasizing the need of building a genuine road to a two-state solution, according to the SPA.
