RIYADH: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stressed that entrance must be obtained through an official Hajj visa issued by the appropriate Saudi authorities, cautioning individuals who intend to do the Hajj against utilizing unauthorized means. According to the Saudi Press Agency, visas can be obtained through Hajj affairs offices in 80 countries or through the Nusuk Hajj platform, which is intended for pilgrims from over 126 countries and permits direct reservations.
According to the ministry, the only authorized ways for domestic pilgrims—those who live in the Kingdom—to reserve Hajj packages are through the Nusuk app and the electronic gateway on its website, masar.nusuk.sa. Any offers or information sent through unofficial methods, it stated, were deceptive and did not reflect the ministry or the appropriate authorities. According to the SPA, the public is advised to double-check information and steer clear of deceptive ads or offers for the Hajj.
Through Guest Care Centers, the ministry offers multilingual assistance around-the-clock. It can be contacted via email at care@Hajj.gov.sa, by calling the unified number 1966 in the Kingdom, and by calling the international number +966920002814. According to the SPA, this service demonstrates the ministry’s dedication to helping pilgrims and making sure they may complete the Hajj comfortably and peacefully.
