TIME Entertainment, a Saudi Company, Debuts in the Nomu Market

RIYADH: The official launch of trading on the Nomu parallel market has marked a major milestone in the development of TIME Entertainment Co., a full-service live events and experiences management firm with headquarters in Saudi Arabia. According to chairwoman Ameera Al-Taweel, the listing is a strategic milestone that highlights the company’s maturity and preparedness for future growth.

TIME listing is a component of Saudi Arabia’s larger initiatives to increase investor involvement in the Nomu market. In 2024 alone, Nomu raised over SR1.1 billion ($293 million) from 28 initial public offerings (IPOs) and three direct listings.

“In the live events industry, we have developed a Saudi business model that satisfies international standards. The events industry is broad and varied. Our experience is a successful model that has been developed with a global perspective, topped off with a Saudi identity. It stands out for its expertise in producing and planning large-scale live events that are overseen by a multi-talented group of some of the world’s top event specialists. “In a statement,” Al-Taweel remarked.

Al-Taweel also emphasised the company’s position as a reliable partner for clients in the commercial, semi-private, and government sectors. “We think we are a national choice that executes significant international events and never stops working,” she continued.
