Jitenn Paull | Building the Next Generation of Digital Reputation Protection

Jitenn Paull

From Dubai, Jitenn Paull is building a new approach to online reputation management and digital reputation protection, helping HNIs, entrepreneurs, startups, established companies, brands and professionals address defamatory content, impersonation, fake websites, deepfakes and other harmful online material.

Serving clients in 28+ countries, his work sits at the intersection of reputation management, digital advocacy, reputation strategy and legitimate content removal.

In today’s digital economy, reputation can be shaped by a single Google search. A negative review, defamatory article, fake social media profile, impersonation account, counterfeit website or manipulated image can influence customers, investors, employees and the public.

This is the space in which Jitenn Paull has developed his work, focusing on online reputation management, reputation analysis, negative content removal and digital crisis response.

His clients include high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), startups, established companies, brands, entrepreneurs, and professionals, including businesses preparing for investment, fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, or an IPO, where digital reputation can play an important role in stakeholder and investor perception.

Through Onlyne Reputation, Paull and his team help clients identify and address harmful online content. Their work includes reputation analysis, negative-review management, defamatory content assessment, policy-violating content removal, impersonation removal, fake and counterfeit website identification, search-result management and reputation monitoring.

A central part of the process is determining whether specific content may violate a platform’s policies, privacy requirements, or other applicable legal mechanisms. Where legitimate grounds exist, structured removal and de-indexing requests can be pursued through the relevant platforms and channels.

Addressing the Rise of Deepfakes

The rapid growth of synthetic media has created another major reputation risk. Deepfake videos, manipulated images, cloned voices and fake profiles can spread quickly and may be difficult for individuals and organisations to control once published.

Through SOHUM.One(STOP ONLINE HARASSMENT and UNLAWFUL MEDIA), Paull’s work also focuses on deepfake detection, impersonation, harmful synthetic content, private or non-consensual material, defamatory content and online harassment.

SOHUM detects and removes harmful deepfakes and manipulated content.

The objective is to help affected individuals and organisations identify problematic content and pursue appropriate reporting, privacy and takedown mechanisms.

This is particularly important for individuals targeted by impersonation, manipulated content or online abuse, where the consequences can extend into professional, financial and personal life.

Reputation Protection for Businesses

For businesses, online reputation has become an important part of commercial risk management. A counterfeit website pretending to represent a company, a fake executive profile, coordinated negative campaign or misleading allegation can affect customer confidence and investor perception.

For startups and companies preparing for fundraising, investment or an IPO, the digital footprint can become particularly important during due diligence. Investors, potential partners and customers increasingly research founders, executives and companies online before making decisions.

Paull believes modern reputation management must therefore go beyond simply pushing negative results down in search rankings.

Where content has legitimate grounds for removal, the focus should be on addressing the source through appropriate platform, privacy or legal mechanisms. Where removal is not applicable, reputation strategy can focus on accurate information, authoritative content, search visibility and continuous monitoring.

Building From Dubai for a Global Market

Based in Dubai, Jitenn Paull is developing a global digital reputation protection practice serving clients across 28+ countries.

His work spans online reputation management, negative content removal, defamatory content removal, policy-violating content removal, impersonation removal, counterfeit website identification, deepfake detection and takedown, digital crisis management and reputation monitoring.

As the internet becomes increasingly central to business and personal identity, protecting digital reputation is becoming an essential part of modern risk management.

Through Onlyne Reputation and SOHUM, Paull is positioning his work at the intersection of digital reputation, online protection and emerging digital threats, serving an increasingly global market from Dubai.

The Human Element Behind AI in the Luxury Industry | Alexandre Rosell

Alexandre Rosell

As AI becomes a crucial part of businesses across sectors, the real question is how it helps preserve human judgement while driving growth. And Nücode AI by Alexandre Rosell is offering the exact answer to this.

As the CEO & Founder of Nücode AI, Alexandre works at the intersection of luxury real estate and artificial intelligence. With a vision to create the conditions for founder-led luxury real estate firms, he empowers their growth while preserving human judgment. From leading company direction, commercial strategy, market development, international expansion, founder relationships, to strategic alliances, Alexandre is shaping Nücode AI’s presence across leading luxury real estate markets worldwide.

Nücode AI focuses on the long-term AI infrastructure that allows luxury real estate firms to make their proprietary knowledge, standards, relationships, and decision-making more usable across the organisation.

Alexandre’s perspective is rooted in the principles that sustain luxury: trust, discretion, relationships and long-term value. His belief is simple yet strong, “Technology should amplify those qualities, never dilute them.”

Nücode AI works through three connected assets: Nücode Inner Circle, Nücode Readiness, and Nücode OS. The Inner Circle brings a deliberately selected group of senior operators together around one question: “What must a luxury real estate firm establish before AI can operate usefully, repeatedly, and with clear human authority?”

While Nücode Readiness establishes the foundations before deeper implementation: highlighting the boundaries that determine where AI should and should not enter, Nücode OS turns that foundation into a private operating layer built around the firm’s own context, standards, proprietary knowledge and way of working.

With a global ambition, Alexandre envisions building genuine, long-term relationships with founders, principals and strategic partners shaping the world’s leading luxury markets, while contributing to the standards that will define how AI is adopted across the sector. And in this picture, Dubai stands as an important stage within that broader direction.

From Lebanese Banking to Dubai: Antoine Nadaf’s approach to wealth management

Antoine Nadaf

Antoine Nadaf’s approach to wealth management is direct and personal: understand the client, communicate clearly and build financial solutions around their priorities. With more than a decade of experience in banking, wealth management and financial markets, his work has focused on private and high-net-worth clients across the Middle East and GCC.

After studying International Business at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Nadaf built an important part of his early career in the Lebanese banking sector. His work in private banking, client advisory and relationship management helped shape a broader understanding of what private clients need.

For him, investment decisions do not sit in isolation. Liquidity needs, banking relationships, business interests and long-term plans are often connected. His approach is to understand those connections before proposing a solution, keeping the conversation focused on the client’s circumstances rather than the investment alone.

In Dubai, his career at GivTrade has included country management and executive board responsibilities, team leadership and operational development. His wider experience across compliance, brokerage and investment advisory complements that client-facing work.

Alongside his corporate roles, Nadaf founded Pro Wealth Advisory and later expanded his activities through Pro Wealth Investments. His focus across these businesses remains investment advisory and structured financial solutions for private and high-net-worth clients, with an emphasis on long-term relationships.

Technology, in his view, supports rather than replaces the human side of wealth management. As he puts it: “Platforms can provide execution and information, but trust, transparency and clear communication continue to define long-term wealth-management relationships.”

From Lebanese banking to Dubai, the setting has changed, but the principle has not: successful wealth management begins with understanding the person behind the portfolio.

Empowering a Sustainable Energy Transition | Professor Ahmed F. Zobaa

Ahmed F. Zobaa

As an academic, researcher, and scientific leader, Professor Ahmed F. Zobaa’s work centers around the future of sustainable electricity systems and the practical challenges of the global energy transition.

Based at Brunel University of London, Professor Zobaa has built his career on understanding how power systems can accommodate growing levels of renewable and distributed energy resources while staying secure, reliable, and resilient. A central theme of his work has been Hosting Capacity, which examines how much distributed generation and other energy resources an electricity network can integrate before reaching technical limits.

Professor Zobaa has played an important role in advancing understanding of Hosting Capacity assessment and its wider value for electricity-network planning. His work has examined not only the technical methods used to assess Hosting Capacity, but also how these assessments can help network operators, policymakers and other stakeholders make better-informed decisions about renewable-energy integration, grid connections and future infrastructure investment.

A key publication in this area is: “State-of-the-art of hosting capacity in modern power systems with distributed generation,” published in Renewable Energy.

For Professor Zobaa, a significant part of his work has also focused on translating engineering evidence into policy and practice. This has included the development of the Brunel Public Policy Brief: “Hosting Capacity Assessments for Optimising the UK Energy Grid”.

The policy work builds on the wider Hosting Capacity research agenda and highlights how better understanding of available grid capacity can support renewable-energy integration, more transparent connection processes and more strategic electricity-network planning.

Professor Zobaa’s Hosting Capacity research has also contributed to international policy discussions on modern electricity networks and distributed energy resources. This reflects his wider belief that the transition towards cleaner energy systems requires a strong connection between research, policy, industry and long-term infrastructure planning.

Alongside his work in energy systems, Professor Zobaa has also taken on significant international scientific and academic leadership responsibilities. His engagement with the African Academy of Sciences reflects his commitment to research excellence, good scientific governance and the development of stronger research communities across Africa.

He has served as Chair of the Academy’s Nominations and Elections Committee and also serves as Chair of the African Research Initiative for Scientific Excellence (ARISE) Scientific Advisory Committee, contributing to the strategic oversight and development of research excellence and scientific capacity-building initiatives.

He is also a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, recognising his sustained contribution to educational leadership and the development of teaching and learning in higher education.

Across these different roles, Professor Zobaa’s approach to leadership is grounded in collaboration, evidence and long-term thinking. He believes that many of today’s most complex challenges cannot be addressed by working within individual disciplines or institutions. Progress depends on bringing together engineering, policy, education, research leadership and international cooperation.

Looking ahead, his work continues to explore how renewable-dominated electricity systems can become more intelligent, flexible and autonomous. Professor Zobaa’s interests include Hosting Capacity, strategic grid planning, advanced analytical methods and new approaches that can help power systems anticipate and respond to emerging challenges.

Through research, policy engagement, education and international scientific leadership, Professor Ahmed F. Zobaa continues to work towards a simple but important objective: ensuring that academic knowledge does not remain within universities, but contributes meaningfully to better energy systems, stronger research communities and more resilient societies.

Veronika Markova’s Vision to Transform How We Understand Sleep Paralysis

Veronika Markova

Among the many experiences associated with sleep, sleep paralysis is one that often goes unnoticed yet can leave a lasting emotional impact. Difficult to explain and often terrifying for those who experience it, sleep paralysis can leave people feeling confused, isolated, and unsure where to turn for understanding or support.

Drawing on her own long-term experience with sleep paralysis, Veronika Markova founded Unfreeze after recognizing how underserved the phenomenon remains, despite affecting people around the world. With a background in Software Engineering, she now leads the initiative as Founder and CEO, working toward a future in which sleep paralysis is better understood and the people affected by it feel less alone.

Currently operating in stealth mode, Unfreeze is a platform under development that aims to address the gaps in awareness, understanding, and support surrounding sleep paralysis. The initiative reflects a broader vision of exploring how technology and research can contribute to a more informed and supportive experience for those navigating this often-misunderstood phenomenon.

Veronika’s vision for Unfreeze is to change how sleep paralysis is understood and supported globally. Drawing on lived experience, technology and a commitment to research, she aims to bring greater awareness to an overlooked experience and build a future where those affected feel understood, supported and less alone.

By bringing greater attention to sleep paralysis and encouraging more informed conversations around it, Veronika hopes to help move the experience out of the shadows and into a space where it can be better understood, discussed, and explored. Building Unfreeze is her first step toward that mission.

Cristina Passione Calò | Building a Fairer Creator Economy

Cristina Passione

Cristina Passione Calò’s journey into tech began not with a business plan, but with firsthand experience. As a creator with more than one million interactions across platforms, she witnessed the challenges of influencer marketing up close: delayed payments, unclear expectations, and brand partnerships that often failed to deliver on their promises. Rather than accept these shortcomings as part of the industry, she set out to create a better alternative.

That vision became Starflare.AI, where Cristina serves as CEO and Co-Founder. Built around the real needs of both creators and brands, the platform aims to bring greater transparency, trust, and accountability to influencer marketing. Cristina understood what creators needed because she had experienced their struggles herself. “I built what I needed, because the industry didn’t have it,” she explains, capturing the idea that continues to drive Starflare forward.

The road to building the platform was not without challenges. Its first year involved experimenting with ideas, learning from mistakes, and listening closely to the creator community. Instead of prioritizing publicity, Cristina focused on addressing the everyday problems creators faced. The strategy paid off. Even before active outreach to brands began, Starflare had attracted more than 4,000 creators, many of whom joined through community recommendations and word of mouth. Its early growth was driven by trust rather than traditional promotion.

Cristina brings the same philosophy to her leadership. She believes in working alongside her team, encouraging open conversations, acting on feedback, and sharing responsibility. This collaborative approach has helped shape a culture rooted in inclusion, practicality, and mutual respect. Those values also extend to the platform’s relationship with creators, who are treated as partners rather than numbers in a marketing campaign.

As Starflare prepares to raise a $3 million seed round, Cristina remains focused on her broader mission: making influencer marketing fairer, more transparent, and more human. Her journey demonstrates how meaningful innovation can emerge from personal experience. By turning the challenges she faced as a creator into an opportunity to build something better, Cristina is working to reshape the creator economy around the people who make it possible.
