Saudi Pilot Wishes to Showcase the "Breathtaking" Kingdom from the Air

Mishaal Al-Sudairy is a Saudi pilot, motorbike enthusiast, and author who uses his love of outdoor adventure—especially in the sky over the Kingdom—to capture the nation for his fellow residents.

Al-Sudairy recently mentioned on The Mayman Show that he travels to the skies 12 times a month on average and is enthralled with the abundance of historical landmarks and breathtaking natural formations that can be seen from above.

“This year, I took part in the federal rally that flies over historical sites in Egypt.” I took a plane to Dubai for the World Traveler Festival. I took a plane from Thumamah to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in 2021 in order to take part in the AirVenture, Airshow 2021. I therefore adore flying.

With a background in engineering, Al-Sudairy obtained a private pilot’s certificate in 2018 at the age of 50 from a facility in Denver, Colorado. I then completed my instrument rating in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, after returning to the United States. After that, I completed my commercial and multi-engine in Bellingham, Washington,” he remarked.

He remembers flying over the lava field of Harrat Kishb, located in the western region of the Kingdom, during the interview. Seven volcanoes arranged in a straight line is neat. Thus, one by one, the summits of the volcanoes will be visible to you. Like someone made them with a ruler. This seems like one of nature’s wonders to me, and I will remark, “Subhan Allah.”
